Apple PowerBook and iBook Settlement, up to $181.7 million

Apple Inc agreed to a settlement that will cost the Cupertino-based company between $57.5 and $181.7 million to pay refunds of $25 to $79 to as many as 2.3 million computer owners. Customers who bought certain replacement adapters for PowerBook and iBook computers are eligible for the refund. Read more

Apple Canada iPod Owners Eligible for $3.6 million Settlement

Apple Canada Inc is offering CDN $45 (USD $44.40) credits, usable at the Apple Canada online consumer store, to as many as 80,000 Canadian residents who own a first, second, or third-generation iPods purchased before June 24, 2004.
