New Games for iPhone and iPod touch: Rolando, MazeFinger, Topple

Game creator and publisher ngmocohas unveiled its first three titles, created exclusively for the iPhone and iPod touch. “Rolando, MazeFinger and Topple are the first three of more than a dozen Fast and Premium Apps that we have under development and scheduled for release in the coming months,” Neil Young, founder and CEO of ngmoco, said.

Rolando game (info) is set in an ‘adorable’ world which has been taken over by forces of darkness. Players will solve puzzles and navigate dangers to bring Rolandos to safety using innovative tilt, tap and Multi-Touch controls. 36-levels deep, Rolando features four vibrant and stylized worlds drawn by pop-culture illustrator Mikko Walamies. Due for release later this fall, Rolando will set a new bar for iPhone and iPod touch gaming.

MazeFinger game (info) delivers classic arcade action, with the power of touch. The game challenges players to touch their way through increasingly complex mazes battling a relentless clock to cheat death. Explosive special effects light up the screen as players try to keep up, collecting energy, unlocking achievements and avoiding traps through 200 levels with 1000 unique mazes.
